We stand behind the quality of our work, therefore: 

• All sales are final, no refunds. 
• Shipping of the recorded workshops i an email link that you will receive in your email once you have completed the transaction.
• If you need to reschedule please do so from the scheduling email you have receive, 24 hours before your session.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment,  you forfeit the session.  
• Time will not be added to your session, if you are late. It will end regularly as scheduled per time slot.
